The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 37 out of 140 passed the Master Plumber Board Examination. The licensure exam was given by the Board for Master Plumbers in Manila and Legazpi. It was held in February 2009.
The composition of the Phiippine Board for Master Plumbers are chairman: Engr. Virgilio D. Simbulan; members: Arch. Marco F. Bildan and Engr. Jessie M. Mariano.
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 but not later than March 20, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
a. duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
b. current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
c. 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
d. 1 piece 1" x 1" picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
e. 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
f. 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
g. Initial Registration Fee of P450 and Annual Registration Fee of P420 for 2009-2012.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees will be held before the Board of Master Plumbers on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the CSB Hotel, Arellano Ave., corner Estrada Street, Malate, Manila, Philippines.
